The Crease Test: Look at your upper eyelids. If there is no visible crease line between your lashes and your brow bone, you have monolid eyes. If you have a crease, but a fold of skin from your brow bone droops down and covers most of your mobile lid, you have hooded eyes.

The Outer Corner Angle: Imagine a straight horizontal line cutting across the centers of your pupils. Look at where your upper and lower lash lines meet at the outer corners. If those corners tilt upward above your imaginary line, you have upturned eyes. If they point downward, you have downturned eyes.
